Nine3One Package Receiving Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Nine3One ("Service Provider") and the undersigned Client ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."


1. Service Description

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following package receiving services:

1.1 Package Receiving: Securely receive and store packages addressed to the Client.

1.2 Notification: Notify the Client via email or text (within package management app) when a package is received.

1.3 Pickup: Allow the Client to retrieve packages during specified business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

1.4 Storage: Store packages for up to 7 days before additional fees apply.

1.5 Commercial Address Usage: Provide a commercial address for the Client’s personal use.


2. Service Limitations

2.1 Packages exceeding weight or size limits established by the Service Provider may not be accepted. We cannot accept pallet deliveries or items requiring a liftgate

2.2 Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items will not be received or stored.

2.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse packages from unverified senders.


3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Service Fees: The Client agrees to pay monthly membership fee.

3.2 Additional Fees: Storage fees of $5 per week will apply for packages not retrieved within 7 days.

3.3 Payment Method: Payments will be made via credit card within the package management app.


4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Ensure accurate delivery information is provided to senders. Must include your specific box number.

4.2 Collect packages within the storage period to avoid additional fees.

4.3 Notify the Service Provider of any changes to contact information or delivery preferences.


5. Service Provider Responsibilities

5.1 Maintain a secure facility for receiving and storing packages.

5.2 Notify the Client promptly when packages are received.

5.3 Handle packages with reasonable care to avoid damage.


6. Term and Termination

6.1 Term: This Agreement is valid on a month-to-month basis.

6.2 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the Agreement with a 14-day written notice.

6.3 Termination by Service Provider: The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement for non-payment or violation of terms with a 14-day written notice.


7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1 The Service Provider is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of packages beyond reasonable control. However, the Service Provider’s building is secured by surveillance cameras, and all doors are locked 24/7 to ensure an added layer of security for stored packages.

7.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from claims arising out of package contents.


8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Amendments: Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.

8.2 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

8.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
