Our facility is staffed during business hours to ensure that packages are accepted promptly and securely, with no unattended drop-offs. We’ve built strong relationships with major carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon, and they’re familiar with our package handling and safety protocols. This ensures that your deliveries are handled with care and adhere to our high standards. Additionally, we use an organized system to track incoming packages, so you can rest assured your items are safe and accounted for until you pick them up.
What are your package pickup hours?
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM for package pickups.Need a later pickup time? No problem! We’re happy to accommodate when possible—just let us know in advance, and we’ll work with you to arrange a time that fits your schedule.
Can I use the Nine3One address for all my deliveries?
Yes, you can use our address for most deliveries, as long as they meet our size and item restrictions. However, we cannot accept pallet deliveries or items requiring a liftgate.
Additionally, we comply with shipping restrictions for safety, which means we cannot accept hazardous materials, flammable substances, perishable items, or anything else prohibited by postal regulations.

What happens if I can’t pick up my package right away?
We’ll securely store your packages until you’re able to retrieve them. We offer 30 days of free storage to give you plenty of time to pick up your items. After the initial free week, a fee of $5 per week will apply for continued storage.
If you need extra time because you’ll be on vacation or have other circumstances, just let us know! We’re happy to accommodate and can waive additional fees as needed.
